Job Description:
As a Bilingual Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing preserve maintenance operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong leadership skills, have a valid driver's license and have a background in landscaping or related field.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily preserve maintenance activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and lead a team of field workers, providing guidance and support.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members.
Collaborate with project managers to implement and adjust work schedules as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, chemicals and materials used, and time spent on projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in landscaping or related field preferred.
Leadership and supervisory experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written ideally).
Valid driver's license is a must.
Applicator licenses (e.g., herbicide applicator license) are a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Clean driving record.
Drug-Free.
Experience towing a trailer
