Pay Based on Experience
starting $20-$40 per hr
Guaranteed 40 hrs per week.
Bonus opportunities
(Helper positions also available)
$15-$20 per hour for helper positions
Know anyone that’s well experienced in auto glass? Has great customer service skills? We are looking for a solid CSR to join our team.
Basic Position Information
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) EST
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Conducting outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Providing quotes
- Scheduling repairs/replacements
- Ordering parts and supplies
- Handling customer inquiries/issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions
Requirements
- customer service experience required
- auto glass industry experience preferred but not required
- Experience with basic computer applications required
