We are seeking an experienced Assistant Field Supervisor to join our team. This position supports daily field operations for a general contracting and remodeling company. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, preferably in general contracting or remodeling
Punctual and dependable – workday begins at 7:45 AM daily (and 7:30 AM on Mondays for team meetings)
Ability to work effectively with others and maintain a professional attitude on job sites
Strong organizational and communication skills, including proficiency with email and basic documentation
Clean background check required, as work often takes place in government facilities
Must reside within close proximity to South Fort Myers (
