Location: Immokalee, FL
Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Technician to join our team. This position requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working outdoors, using power tools, and has a general understanding of computers. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of irrigation automation systems.
This role requires local travel to job sites, with occasional overnight travel depending on project needs. Candidates should be willing and able to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation and maintenance of agricultural irrigation and automation systems.
Perform fieldwork, including wiring, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the proper function of installed equipment.
Lift and transport equipment and materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
Utilize computer-based tools and software for diagnostics and reporting.
Travel to local job sites with the possibility of overnight travel when needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in agriculture, irrigation systems, or a related technical field preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, or mechanical systems is a plus.
Comfortable using power tools and working in outdoor environments.
General computer proficiency (e.g., troubleshooting, software navigation).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
