Well established private dental practice in Downtown Naples seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist.
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team 1-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and patient education in a professional dental office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and review medical history
- Perform dental cleanings
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Assist with medical documentation and charting
Qualifications:
- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in using dental software
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices in a dental setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health
- Experience with patient assessment, vital signs, and medical documentation is preferred
