Education: Prefer a bachelor's degree or higher but not necessary
Skills: Communication, Organization, Typing, Empathy, and excellent decision making
Other: Ability to remain calm, prioritize tasks, work independently, and use discretion and confidentiality
Dispatch experience preferred
