We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Hygiene Scheduling Coordinator at our esteemed office. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, keen eye to detail, and excellent customer service skills. As a Hygiene Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients get the scheduled care to improve their oral health with one of our amazing hygienists!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage the scheduling of hygiene appointments efficiently and accurately, ensuring optimal utilization of time and resources.
Make inbound and outbound phone calls, check office email and communicate with patients
Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and records
Well-versed in customer service
Present or review treatment plans, fees, and payment options with hygiene patients
Pay: Commensurate with experience
