Caregiver.

We are looking for someone who can clean house, shop for food, and provide companionship for a 74 year old woman with mild dimension. A Healthcare License or Nursing License is required. Candidate needs to provide a 1099 and have a driver’s license and be able to fill out a Private Healthcare Service Report for each visit. We will provide you with a blank copy of the 1099 form. Candidate needs to be able to pass a routine background check and have good references. Initially this will be for two days each month. As time goes by this could turn into a fulltime job.
