Server and bbq cook

Must know how to smoke bbq etc , be able to serve as well. This is a food truck and a well established kitchen as well inside the building. Some of the food will be catered and all you need to do is sell. Ribs, brisket, chicken wings, one or two sandwiches, empanadas, pinchos, etc. you will be your own boss. Must be reliable and responsible. 4 days a week. Wednesday thru Saturdays. Bi lingual Spanish/English a plus.
