We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This role works closely with the Restaurant Owner to ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth service, and efficient staff management. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing front- and back-of-house operations
Support hiring, training, and supervision of staff
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor inventory and help manage ordering and cost control
Step in to lead shifts in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
Experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and service standards
