Chef Brad Kilgore is opening his first Ft. Myers restaurant, OISE Ristorante next month in July. OISE is a Japanese and Italian concept that Chef Kilgore popped up in Miami first and is now expanding to Florida’s west coast.
He is looking for creative and passionate sushi chef team members to join him and create a sushi menu concept that First Street has not seen before. Start date will be mid July for training and the restaurant will open in late July.
