The Timbers Restaurant and Fish Market, Home of the Sanibel Grill is seeking resumes for a possible GM position. Must have extensive experience in all facets of the business. FOH operations, BOH operations, some accounting, understands and can control Food, Liquor and Labor costs. A VERY hands on position ( putting orders away, paper, food, liquor and seafood) and assisting all positions during service. 45-50 hour week. Open for all holidays. Tolls paid and Insurance available after 90 days.
