Salad/Panini
Looking for a full-time kitchen employee This menu only requires items such as salads, panini, and soups. Looking for an individual who values quality food, and has a strong work ethic, and is able to produce visually appealing dishes. Salad chef- must be experienced in preparing, plating, and presenting salads according to the set menu.
Additional duties might include the following:
Maintaining cleanliness and safety at salad station
Preparing items: panini, salads, and soups
Ensuring timeliness and quality of food
Training and advising line cooks at a salad station (depending on experience level)
Keeping track of supplies food inventory items and creating prep lists
Meeting preparation and order deadlines

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
-Previous experience 3 years preferred
-Follow food preparation and presentation specifications
-Willingness to work in a team environment
-Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- ServSafe Certified (Preferred)
