Ceremony Brewing has a food truck that's full of potential just looking for the right person to take the reins.
Our food truck is permanently positioned at the brewery with Additional storage inside for equipment, dry storage, and refrigeration. It is also hard-wired in, with no generators. We're looking for someone to design a menu, handle food costs, train staff, etc. This would be your baby with nearly full autonomy to do what you want. You don't have to deal with customers or transactions, the bar staff handles that. We're looking for quality but casual food.
If you have kitchen experience, are kind, responsible, reliable, motivated, creative, and looking for something new in a chill and fun working environment, with reasonable hours, let's talk.
Compensation: $20+ hourly plus % of all food sales (negotiable)
