Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience preferred
General understanding of operations in both front and back of house
Supervise work at all levels and set clear goals / objectives
Ability to operate Point of Sale system (Aloha)
Computer proficient with the ability to learn other programs
Inspect facilities for safety compliance and maintenance needs
Communicate with vendors and other service providers as a brand ambassador
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
Coach and develop team members to ensure the best hospitality service
Maximize profit and revenue
Food & beverage inventory, ordering and cost of goods management
