Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Handle cash, credit transactions, and operate POS systems.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
