Bartender Responsibilities:
Full Time with Benefits
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Helps patrons at the bar select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and aperitifs; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.
Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant; inviting patrons to return.
Obtains revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; delivering bill and payment to hostperson; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.
Report to shifts with proper uniform and grooming according to Royal Wood golf & Country Club standards and policies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Serves patrons by providing information to help food and beverage selections; presenting ordered choices; maintaining dining ambiance
Server Requirements:
Must be able to read menus
Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
Must be able to hear well in a fast paced environment in order to respond to Guest requests
Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.)

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, weekends & Holidays
Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
Must be able to assist Guests and possess great Guest relations skills
