Assistant Chef for Residential Camp

Assistant chef wanted for cafeteria of lively, friendly and fun summer camp. Responsibilities include: Assisting Head Chef in overseeing kitchen staff; experience in food ordering; supervising kitchen staff and duties; managing kitchen staff schedules; assisting with managing service line for cafeteria style dining; and cooking for 130+ staff and 220+ campers. Compensation is dependent on experience, good reference checks, and complete resume with references but ranges from $700-$1000 per week. Housing, meals and uniforms are provided. Approx. June 1-August16.
