Requisition Number: 172965Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Vendor Relations Administrator for our Fire Protection division. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with affiliates to assist in establishing negotiated pricing; ensuring proper execution of all service requirements; overseeing all vendor negotiations, prioritized by spend and need for coverage; administration of documentation, rate negotiations, database updates including geographic areas of coverage, rates, services and compliance; monitoring and holding vendors accountable for compliance issues regarding invoice and work-order requirements, IVR, insurance requirements; auditing vendor service quality for compliance with industry and company standards; providing a scorecard for measurements of compliance; analyzing and discussing spending trends with affiliates.Skills/QualificationsRequired

3 years' negotiations and/or procurement experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Ability to create reports for requests for information

Associates Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred

Fire Protection industry experience

CPM (Certified Purchasing Management) designation
