They provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Therapeutic Manager also supervises group living staff, ensuring proper support for students. They maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the program's ongoing development.To be considered you should: Possess a MA, MS or MSW. Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Prior Case Management experience required including three years’ experience with juveniles. Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred).
