Our client, a leading provider in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper function and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts of HVAC systems to maintain optimal performance levels.
Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
