Job Description: As a telemarketer sales agent your job will be crucial in the company as your priority will be to bring in new leads to grow our customer base, your responsibilities include making outbound phone calls to prospect customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Requirements for serious applicants
- Previous 2-4 years of HVAC telemarketing experience with proven record of successful outcomes
- Knowledge of the industry including products, services, and common customer questions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build a relationship with the customer over the phone.
- The ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve a positive outcome in the work environment.
- Organizational skills and detail oriented are a must.
- Professional and adequate phone manner.
