Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the Financial Services industry located in Fort Myers, Florida, 33912, United States. The role is that of a Help Desk Analyst I, where you will be responsible for managing and resolving various IT-related issues. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide technical assistance for EO/IR systems and Lotus Notes. Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory tools to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues. Maintain and repair computer hardware as necessary. Implement configuration management processes and procedures. Provide deskside support to employees, assisting with hardware and software issues. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of desktop hardware. Requirements Possess a solid understanding of EO/IR systems Proficient with Lotus Notes Have strong skills in Microsoft Suite Familiar with Active Directory Capable of managing and troubleshooting Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Proven ability in providing Deskside Support Knowledge of Desktop Hardware Previous experience in a Help Desk Analyst role within the Financial Services industry is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology, systems, and IT trends Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
