Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in the hospitality industry, based in Fort Myers, Florida. As an Accountant, your main tasks will be to manage financial processes, ensure accurate record-keeping, and resolve financial queries. You will also be tasked with overseeing client accounts and taking the necessary measures to maintain financial integrity. Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications. Manage and maintain precise customer credit records. Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain financial data and processes. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations. Oversee and manage Balance Sheet Account to maintain financial accuracy. Implement Quickbooks Online for efficient and streamlined accounting processes. Take charge of the Month End Close to ensure all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
