Service adviser/Assistant Manager
The Garage Auto And Tire is looking for Assistant Manager to join our team. We are a family owned and operated business in Naples Florida
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Greeting customers
Gathering customers' basic information
Creating estimates
Answering phone calls
Releasing vehicles
Ordering parts
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all customers are satisfied.
Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment
Communication with customers regularly about service experience
Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner and follow ups
We offer hourly pay
Every candidate is a subject to a probation period (length depends on experience)
Requirements:
Pay will be based upon experience.
Basic knowledge of the vehicle is required.
Valid driver's license.
Clean, tidy appearance.

Experience: Shop Manager experience preferred but not required. Ex-mechanics are more then welcome. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining good relations with staff. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
