Busy contracting company is looking for an experience quick-books operator to assist with our day-to-day operations. Two offices; one in Southampton NJ and the other in Cape Coral, FL. Report to the FL or NJ office for duties daily. Could possibly do some remote work as we have a cloud-based server that can be accessed.
Duties; invoicing, data entry, organizing workflows, financial reporting, subcontractor payments, collection reminders.
Marketing experience would be a plus.
Full time/ Part time/ remote possibly
