Superior Fence and Rail of Southwest Florida has an immediate opening for aFull-Time Operations Coordinator.
The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator include, but are not limited to, providing operational support to the General Manager and operations to ensure efficient and effective communication and operational organization. Oversee the inventory and procurement of materials bysourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials and components required for the production process. Ensures material is accurate for staging, packing, and ready for installation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technology: Must have an understanding of various digital tools, can troubleshoot issues and willing to learn new technologies.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems independently, as well as part of a team
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
Attention to Detail: The ability to thoroughly and accurately complete tasks, focus on small details, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
