- Prepare financial statements and budgets.
- Collect monthly assessments efficiently.
- Negotiate agreements with contractors.
- Assist in resolving complaints effectively.
- Implement policies established by the board of directors.
- Oversee operations, services, and programs.
- Provide information and advice to support board members in decision-making.
- Address property damage and repairs promptly.
- Coordinate services for the site.
- Execute governing documents accurately.
- Assist with budgeting processes.
- Maintain the upkeep of common areas.
