Painting company looking to hire a bilingual office administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-Dependable, organized, motivated and self stater type individual
-Must be able to handle multiple tasks at any given time
-Excellent communication skills via email or phone
-Competent with word, excel, quickbooks online and scheduling softwares a plus
-Basic accounting is a plus
Job Duties May include but not limited to:
-Making Purchase orders on Quick books
-Calling Costumers and scheduling services
-Answer phone calls and emails
-Help with Bookkeeping, Invoices A/R A/P, business renewals, Insurance, filing and other office related work
-Make payment application AIA (we'll train)
this is a full time position (Not a remote position), Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 1 hr lunch
