Full Charge Bookkeeper

King Roofing Service, Inc is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchasing, sales, receipts, and payments. Include employee’s payroll, working closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibility is to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company, contribute to the company growth and coordinate Human Resources.

Job Duties

- Maintains records of financial transactions, posting and documenting transactions.

- Process account receivable/payable.

- Ensuring accuracy of data input into the company’s accounting and inventory systems (QB Online)

- Oversees and confirms invoices and enters them correctly.

- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements including balance sheet and income statement.

- Daily bookkeeping activities such as reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

- Preparing cash flow analysis.

- Tracking and overseeing payroll.

- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing reports, advising management on needed actions.

- Coordinating Human Resources

Qualifications/Skills

- 5 years proven Bookkeeping/accounting, and degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

- Proven bookkeeping in construction industry (air conditioning, roofing, home builder).

- Experience in Human Resources.

- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, accounting payable/receivable principles.

- Deep understanding of accounting principles.

- Strong experience in payroll.

- Comfortable dealing with huge volumes of complex data.

- Confidentiality.

- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and QuickBooks Online.

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.

- Must have strong attention for details and accuracy.

- Must be fluent in English.

- A valid Florida Drives License is required.

- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
