SUMMARY Performs basic bookkeeping and other various accounting/office-related duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collects and processes AP, AR, and other related data for entry into Excel and accounting software
Performs past-due account collections
Files all accounting data/reports
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Experience in using Microsoft Excel is required
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Performs duties accurately and timely
Must be reliable
