Tender Care Centers, Inc. is searching for experienced drivers in the Lake Park area. We are a PPEC facility, meaning we provide a daycare-like environment for children with special medical needs. We offer transportation, nursing care, therapy, and more.
This position requires the following:
-Level 2 Background Clearance
-Verifiable commercial driving experience
-Valid Florida Driver License
-Clean driving record of the last 7 years
-DOT Physical
-Hack License for Palm Beach County (preferred)
Our drivers work on a split shift schedule, shift times are generally from 6am to 9am, and from 230pm to 530pm, Monday through Friday. Route times may vary slightly due to traffic routes. Route start and end times may change due to patient census. Each driver is assigned a transport escort on route to monitor patients while you focus on the road.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Loading/unloading wheelchair patients
-Safe and timely transportation of all patients
-Adhere to all traffic laws
-Route documentation
-Cleaning and maintaining company vehicles
An ideal candidate will meet all the above requirements, have flexibility with split shift scheduling, and have similar driving experience (example: school bus driver). We look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity!
