Is anyone currently searching for safe commercial truck and trailer parking in Palm Beach County?
I am sightly frustrated with the county taking actions against semi truck owners recently in the news, I use to have safe parking myself in east Boca/Delray, but that has recently been developed and I hate to drive all the way down to Pompano Beach or 595 Truck Stop in Davie or even all the way up toward Fort Pierce at the other truck stops, and I definitely don’t want to park on the side of the road or in some random shopping center for truck parking.
I have located a fenced in lot and am willing to lease the property long term if I can generate enough local interest from truck owners.
Whether you own one truck, a couple trucks, or have need for a drop yard, I am willing to put this together to help the community of drivers.
In the short term, the lot would be fenced, but long term, I would invest into RFID tags or an automated gate system for easy entry, security cameras, and potentially additional amenities if desired.
I ran some numbers and If you are interested, I would be seeking $750.00 to $936.00 per month on a 12 month lease agreement, and would require $1500.00 plus for first and last payment, plus monthly payments,. Remember, I would need to put my own money on the line in order to lease a couple acres and that ain’t cheap in Palm Beach County. LOL
