As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inquiries, assisting with bookings, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the moving process. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
-Assist with scheduling and coordinating moves
-Provide accurate information about services and pricing
-Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Previous customer service experience preferred
-Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
-A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
