Negotiate and book loads for our trucks
Build and maintain relationship with brokers
Dispatch drivers
Track and report load progress to brokers
Come up with a solution for any problems that may arise
Take emergency and non-emergency calls
Ensure data is input correctly and in a timely manner
Effectively communicate with the brokers and team
Rapidly adapt to changes in procedures
