We are currently hiring a proficient Structural Working Foreman to join our team. This dynamic role entails hands-on leadership, overseeing labor teams, and guiding them through various projects. Expect to spend the majority of your time outdoors as we specialize in concrete restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct labor teams through projects
Work side by side with laborers (THIS IS A LABOR POSITION WITH LEADERSHIP ROLE)
Specialize in concrete restoration techniques
Interpret and implement project plans
Proficient in framing, structural restoration, carpentry, and concrete slab forming
Adaptability to wear multiple hats as required by the job
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Requirements:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans
Extensive experience in framing, structural restoration, carpentry, and concrete restoration
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
Have reliable transportation to Palm Beach Island each day
Tools (not required but a plus)
Legal US Citizen w/ authorization to work in the United States
