Independent-contractors/skilled flooring installers wanted for a new construction 88-unit multi-family housing project located in Pembroke Pines at N. University Drive and Sheridan Street.

Project duration: anticipated completion September of 2025
Qualified applicants will need have the following.
Reliable transportation to and from the project site.
Necessary tools and equipment to install flooring covering materials (all types or specific to skill set).
Necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for working on active construction site, (Work Boots, jeans or durable full length work pants, safety vest or high visibility work shirts, hard hat, safety goggles, etc).
Applicant must have an active LLC or corporation registered in Florida.
Must have, current Auto, General Liability, Workers Comp. Insurance policies without laps for the duration of this project.
Pay Structure: (Piece work) Paid weekly by direct deposit for completed work.
