Position Overview: Bluewater is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Technician with potential to be a shop leadman/foreman. The Senior Technician will report to the Equipment Manager.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate work order assignments and execution.
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair fleet vehicles, heavy machinery, and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with the engineering and sitework teams to address mechanical issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
Train and mentor Junior Technicians.
Requirements:
Tech school certificate(s). Automotive Technician Diploma, Graduation from a technical school or a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Minimum of (7) years of work experience related to automotive, heavy machinery, and/or equipment maintenance.
Clean driving record.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Ability to lead a team, follow and implement instructions.
