Responsibilities
· Install various types of pavers, including concrete brick, travertine, porcelain, and more, following established guidelines and
specifications.
· Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling the ground, and ensuring proper drainage.
· Collaborate with the project team to determine appropriate paver layouts and designs.
· Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure precise paver installation.
· Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for paver installation.
· Adhere to safety protocols and standards to guarantee a secure work environment.
· Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly while exceeding our
customer’s expectations.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Paver Installer or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of various paver materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Physical strength and stamina to handle demanding tasks, such as lifting at least 60 pounds.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Able to travel if needed within the state of Florida.
· English is required.
· Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position requires the ability to work a diverse range of hours, including occasional
Saturdays, and even in challenging weather conditions.
