As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting customers' premises, determining pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions to ensure a pest-free environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest problems
- Develop and implement pest control plans tailored to each customer's needs
- Apply pesticides in and around buildings according to safety regulations
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to address pest issues
- Perform exclusion services to prevent pests from re-entering properties
- Educate customers on pest prevention methods and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control is required
- Knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, or farming practices is beneficial
- Ability to drive to various locations for service calls
- Sales experience is a plus for upselling services
- Familiarity with farm machinery is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
