Location: South Florida | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36 – 44 per week

Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Service Electrician who is dependable, skilled, and eager to lead by example. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing electrical issues, training apprentices, and ensuring top-notch service for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Lead, mentor, and train electrician apprentices
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
Communicate effectively with customers, building trust and rapport
Address customer concerns promptly—within 24 hours when possible
Stay in regular communication with the office throughout the workday
Accurately complete service tickets, invoices, and collect payments as needed
Uphold a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity
Stay informed on current electrical codes and industry best practices
Continuously pursue professional growth and technical training
Provide referrals and identify potential new business opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience (required)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage time effectively and honor commitments
Knowledge of local, state, and national electrical codes
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
