JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
1. Learn all company policies, procedures and protocols regarding assigned services, standards and techniques.
2. A lead electrician should be a dynamic individual who can problem solve and troubleshoot any issue.
3. The lead electrician will be responsible for training our electrician apprentices daily.
4. Maintain vehicle in a clean and safe operating condition.
a. Maintain a complete inventory of Company required equipment.
b. Keep vehicle and equipment organized.
c. Keep all equipment clean and in operating condition.
5. Inspect for and advise customers of potential problems.
a. Build rapport with customers and build trusting relationships; always do what’s right.
6. Respond to all customer complaints during the business day and resolve them within 24 hours or at the customer’s convenience.
7. Remain in contact with the office during the day and respond to all communications in a timely manner.
8. Fill out service tickets and invoices.
9. Collect payment from customers when necessary.
10. Project a quality image – Look and act professional.
11. Deliver a great service, on time!
12. Honor your commitments; be dependable.
13. Stay informed regarding all state, federal, local regulations, code and Company Policies and Procedures as they relate to your job. Perform all job duties according to regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.
14. Maintain current industry knowledge and remain informed of the latest technical data pertaining to industry products, material and equipment.
15. Never stop learning; technically, legally, professionally.
16. Provide service leads for new business to the office and ask customers for referrals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
