Lead foreman needed for Landscape installation crew.
Competent, and responsible person with strong planning and Proactive ability
Drive a truck trailer and skid steer loader
Understand south Florida landscape materials and how to install them.
Individual with (REAL)leadership ability
A hands on Proactive, Individual male or female, who understands the responsibility and accountability of leadership.
This job is mostly for high end installations and requires a lot of manual labor as well as extensive knowledge of south florida plants and trees
so if you're experienced is only in maintenance this is probably not for you.

Jobsites are all waterfront from Boca to Ft Lauderdale or Estate homes
Must speak English
Please read this help wanted very carefully I am getting many calls from individuals with maintenance experience. This is not a lawn service company. we do not use lawn mowers or weed eaters.
Before you inquire you must be able to understand and execute the following questions.
Can you read site and landscape plans?
Can you lead a crew of 3 to 5 men ,plan their work and delegate it efficiently?
Can you be taught and are you a teachable team player?
Can you drive a truck and trailer and do you have a clean license?
Do you have minimum 5 years experience in South Florida landscaping?
Can you provide 2 references?
