If you're passionate about horses and possess a wealth of experience in horse care, training, and competition, we want to hear from you. As a Horse Racing/Competition Specialist at Elena Racing INC, you'll play a vital role in the success and wellbeing of our equine athletes. From providing top-notch care and nutrition to developing tailored training programs and preparing for competitive events, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to achieve excellence in horse racing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs designed to maximize each horse's potential and prepare them for success in competition. Evaluate horses' performance and progress through regular training sessions and competitions, adjusting training strategies as needed to optimize results. Monitor and manage horses' nutrition and dietary requirements, collaborating with veterinarians and nutritionists to ensure they receive the best possible care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment, adhering to industry standards and best practices for equine care and facility management. Work closely with our team of riders, trainers, and support staff to coordinate training schedules, track progress, and prepare for upcoming competitions. Qualifications: Extensive experience in horse care, training, and competition, with a proven track record of success in developing and nurturing top-level equine talent. Deep knowledge of equine physiology, behavior, and performance optimization, coupled with a genuine passion for the welfare and wellbeing of horses. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide guidance and support to colleagues at all levels. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence in every aspect of equine care and training. Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, in order to accommodate the needs of our equine athletes and the demands of the racing calendar.
