We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery and vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy machinery, including construction equipment and smaller tools
Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Inspect equipment components for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction
Carry out routine services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and safety inspections
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems
Maintain accurate documentation of all repair and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance (preferred)
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently
Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in demanding environments
Experience with marine machinery is a plus
Valid Driver’s License (preferred)

Location: Lantana, FL 33462 (must relocate prior to starting work if applicable)
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% (preferred)
