VINYL FLOOR FAST + CLEAN + DETAILED.
Looking for 1-2 people for VINYL FLOOR lay down in living room and kitchen around 450-500 sq ft total, fast job, ideally done in 1 full day by 2 people. Miami Beach. Monday, lots of future work if good for next 3 weeks on other property areas and future property with real estate developer.
Must be fast, clean, on time and reliable. Must have examples of previous work, and with 1 other person be able to finish a living room + small kitchen (no complex angles, its pretty sqaure room and empty and ready to go) within 1 or 2 days max (2 days includes all trim, finishings, and removal of current vinyl).
After this, you can work for rest of the week helping in other areas, painting walls, building furniture, carpet work, bathroom work, etc.
$300 for day per person, looking for 1-2 people. Must start 9am on Monday the 7th.
