The Field Supervisor is the eyes and ears in the field for the Production Director; all things labor management and customer facing. This road warrior will be pounding the pavement to make sure that the plan we shared with the customer is executed on time, and on budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to the Superintendent
Liaison to the crew
Provides an exceptional customer facing experience
Receives the job once the crew is scheduled
Visits the job site to validate that the job can go ahead (materials/conditions)
Coordinates with Project Coordinator on Survey/HOA/Permit
Communicates updates with the Project Coordinator for the duration of the project
Trouble shoots anything on site with the Project Coordinator and Crew Lead
Is present for first day, walkthroughs, inspections, and final day inspection
Alerts the Crew Lead and Project Coordinator immediately if there is an issue on the job and includes suggested solutions and actions
Simultaneously alerts the Production Director when there is an issue with a job, suggests fixes and is directed to action
QUALIFICATIONS
Spanish mandatory
Customer service experience is imperative
3+ years of paver experience is mandatory!
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication skills
Must be technology savvy
