-Good work ethic, good with directions, completes assigned tasks, and performs installations intelligently.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Good interpersonal skills – works well with others.
-Good customer service skills – be kind, courteous, and respectful with clients and staff. Discuss the work to the extent necessary, understand and manage the client’s expectations appropriately.
-Communicate appropriately with service manager or office personnel as necessary.
-Experience in residential and commercial service, installations, and repairs.
-Journeyman License is a plus but not a requirement. (Some training opportunities may be available inquire within)
-Some of the skills required shall include but not be limited to troubleshooting, reading, and interpreting plans and other documents, pipe bending, NEC code knowledge and safe jobsite practices. (Some training opportunities may be available inquire within)
-Have a valid FL driver's license, dependable transportation, clean driving record, and be drug free.
-Tools are required for this position, inquire within for more details.
-Good organizational and time management skills – keeps things orderly and can prioritize.
-Punctual.
-Record keeping and paperwork. Work orders, timecards, receipts, emails, etc.
-Detail Oriented.
-Compensation is based upon experience and ability, will discuss.
