Ten-Tex Boating is a premium, mobile boat detailing company serving South Florida, since 2006. We specialize in high-end boat detailing—including wash downs, gel coat & paint corrections, polish, waxing, ceramic coating, teak cleaning, polish stainless and other surfaces. Boats are in the range of 20ft to 100+ft and are serviced at client's home docks, marina's or occasionally at boat yards.
We are seeking multiple, dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer’s to join our team on a full-time basis. Generally, work is between 7am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
Ideally you will have a passion for boats and a keen eye for detail. As a Boat Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the boats are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest quality standards. On the job, paid training is provided to ensure you reach the necessary standards.
As you will be working outside in various weather conditions, this role requires both physical stamina and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for skilled, reliable, and motivated detailers who want to grow with us. You’ll work as a 1099 independent contractor, paid by the hour and on a weekly basis. You must be valid to work in the US and communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning and high-quality detailing.
Follow correct procedures for washes, coatings, and corrections
Drive to customer locations using your own vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Requirements:
The position is ONLY open to those with a minimum of 6 months previous experience in boat or car detailing.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
Valid driver's license and a reliable car or truck.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that requires standing and the use of polishing equipment for long periods.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.

$19.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
$760.00 - $1,000.00 per week
