Construction Coordinator/Manager

The Construction Site Coordinator/Manager. This position requires a strong understanding of residential construction, the construction cycle and good communication skills. The goal of the position is to maintain order on multiple community job sites, assure contractors follow prescribed rules/regulations and maintain safe traffic flow. The position requires the performance of daily site inspections and communication with the site construction managers to insure compliance with the Architectural Design Review Guidelines with a strong focus on contractor and subcontractor onsite vehicle parking, area traffic flow obstructions, contractor material deliveries, work hour monitoring, site cleanliness, site safety and curbing replacement. This position will interact mostly with onsite construction project managers, but will also require some interaction with neighboring Owners and other Owners impacted by construction or construction related traffic activity as well as management and security. Another important aspect of the job is to work with the ADR project inspector to assure compliance with the project plans. Strong planning, communication and record keeping skills are essential.
